Fly fishing LESSONS

If youre new to fishing, or just want to learn castin techniquies. Spey and switch casting. Single hand, roll casting. Indicator fishing, swingin,  and strippin. Ill give you proper instruction on how to give that perfect presentation the way you've always wanted. I'll show you how to catch trout and salmon with a fly rod. Not only will you learn from me you can take the information I provide you with and put it to use in any situation you see fit.

GUIDE - single day

If you want kings, reds , silvers, pinks, or monster rainbows and dolly varden ill put you on the bite. Depending on the time of the year will dictate what fish are in the rivers and what your best options are. I usually use conventional rods and reels for kings and silvers, and fly rods for reds and rainbows. Don't get discouraged if you've never used a fly rod, not only am I a professional guide I am a teacher. I want you to bring home the knowledge and feeling of really being apart of the alaska experience. I also can do wildlife viewing tours if the weather is right. There are many places to see in alaska and i know the in's and outs to make your vacation spectacular. Great chance to see bears, moose, caribou, and many other species native to the area.

(exclusive for residents I will be doing "guided dipnetting" . You just need your dipnet permit and ill take you out dipnetting. I have the nets, coolers and knives.)

GUIDE - multi day adventure

I always tell people that want to come to alaska to stay as long as they possibly can. This way they can expereince the true beauty this state has to offer. With a multi day trip you can catch salmon, rainbow trout, and dolly varden. Not only would i show you the majestic kenai river, Ill take you to other rivers inlcuding the kasilof, anchor, and deep creek, or wherever the fish are biting. I can also do combo trips, including same day trout and salmon. Or target salmon one day then trout the next. I want you to be in control of your vacation Ill just put you on the action!
